Equilibrium Symmetry Lower Leg Training Strap - Pair

The Equilibrium Symmetry Straps are a special training aid which works by fixing your stirrups to the girth but in a safe and subtle way using hook and loop (sometimes referred to as Velcro). This allows you to develop feel and security of the lower leg – the foundation for skilful riding.

Increases your body awareness.
You become immediately aware of when your lower leg moves or is out of position.
Promotes muscle memory and strength.
By training the body to adopt a quieter position, you build the muscular strength to hold the correct position.
