Panacur 4.5g Granules for Worming Dogs & Cats Up to 10kg

Panacur granules for dogs are a wormer that can be mixed with food to treat roundworm and tapeworm in dogs and cats. Panacur sachets contain 22% fenbendazole and may be used in adult cats, dogs, puppies and kittens. Panacur is effective at treating pregnant bitches and preventing the spread of toxocara to puppies by the mothers milk. One pack treats 10kg adult pets or 20kg young ones.

Uses

Broad-Spectrum Anthelmintic: Effective for treating domestic dogs and cats with roundworms in the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts.

Ovicidal Effect: Acts against nematode eggs.

Target Parasites

• Adult dogs and cats: Gastrointestinal roundworms and tapeworms including Ascarid spp. (Toxocara canis, Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina), Ancylostoma spp., and more.
• Puppies and kittens: Gastrointestinal roundworms and protozoa (Giardia spp.).
• Pregnant bitches: Reduce prenatal infections and transfer via milk.
• Other: Treats certain types of lungworm in dogs and cats.
• Dosage and Administration for 4.5g Sachet
• Adult dogs and cats: Treats 10kg (22lb) bodyweight as a single dose.
• Weaned puppies and kittens (under six months): Treats 20kg (44lb) bodyweight dosed daily for three consecutive days.
• Pregnant bitches: Treats 40kg (88lb) bodyweight dosed daily from day 40 of pregnancy to 2 days post-whelping.
