What is it?
Pexion tablets contain imepitoin and are for the treatment of idiopathic epilepsy and noise
phobia in dogs.
Pexion is used to reduce the frequency of generalised seizures in dogs due to idiopathic
(primary) epilepsy after careful evaluation of alternative treatment options. Pexion® can also
be used to reduce anxiety and fear associated with noise phobia in dogs.
Pexion is available in 2 tablet strengths:
• 100 mg
• 400 mg
How is it administered?
Pexion® tablets can be divided into equal halves for accurate dosing and should be given twice
daily, approximately 12 hours apart. The timing of tablet administration in relation to feeding
should be kept consistent.
