Whether you are treating for tapeworm, encysted small redworm, bots, pinworm or just a general redworm treatment we have created categories for the main treatment ingredients for worming horses, foals or pregnant broodmares.

Combination horse wormers contain more than one active ingredient and pyrantel wormers are often used for double dosing for tapeworm.

Benzimidazole wormers can be used as a 5 day course for encysted small redworm but there is much resistance to these type of wormers.

Ivermectin wormers do not treat encysted small redworm but will treat redworm and bots but not tapworm unless used as a combination wormer.
